Onboard Cruise Consultant

Overview of Role:

The position of  On Board Cruise Consultant is responsible for selling future Silversea Cruises (Classic & Expedition) and related shore side products and services to guests onboard

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotion – Promote Silversea products and services (Classic/Expedition Cruises)
• Effectively prepare and present to the guests power point documents (accordingly with Marketing guidelines) of Silversea (Company, destinations, ships, etc) to maximize sales generation
• Assist with providing guests with details on future itineraries for all ships within the Silversea portfolio (take personal ownership of all guest requests, inquiries and ensure the highest quality service in in accordance with Silversea standards)
• Ensure accuracy in quoting guests on future cruise bookings
• Ensure presence at desk for the assigned desk hours

Venetian Society Representative

• Host guest events, as required, such as cocktail parties (Venetian & First Timers) and dinners and leverage them for selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of onboard guests, utilizing company-supported technology tools and processes
• Meet and greet on embark/debark
• All administration functions relating to Venetian Society such as manifesting & sending out invites for cocktail receptions etc.
