Hotel Manager - Ferry

abulous national Ferry Line Company with an existing fleet of ships. Onboard you will find a floating resort including bars, restaurants, fine dining, exceptional food and a friendly operation on board.
We join the main ports on the peninsular with the Balearic and Canary island archipelagos and their corresponding inter-insular connections, Ceuta and Melilla, Morocco, Algeria and France.
Previous Cruise Ship experience as a Hotel Director / Hotel Manager / Associate Hotel Director is ideal.
You will be managing teams of 20-30 staff
Extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of hotel/cruise/ferrys ship operations.
Responsible for entire hotel department
Strategic planner, with an innovative, hands-on, practical management approach.
Spanish bilingual is required
Developed leadership skills
Ability to provide leadership and motivation to employees in pursuit of company goals.
