Executive Sous Chef - Pastry/Bakery - Cruise
Faststream are in partnership with a leading global Cruise Line and we are currently recruiting for an Executive Sous Chef Pastry/Bakery to join the team on board.
You will be catering for up to 4000 Passengers at any one time whilst assisting with running the galley personnel and reporting to the Executive Chef.
To be considered for the role you must have the following:
- In rank experience either on a Cruise or within a 5* Restaurant
- Proven management skills
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
On offer is a 4 month on 2 month off rotation with single accommodation plus an industry leading salary, annual pay rises and an annual percentage bonus.
