Costa Crociere is seeking an intern to provide quality support to the Costa Crociere World Wide New Channels And Commercial Operation Department.
This is an excellent learning opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a complex, multicultural and challenging corporate environment.
Role
- The intern will play a supporting role in
- managing monthly activities related to volumes forecast generation and staff sizigi for contact center.
- supporting the Project Manager in project management and project reporting activities;
- designing and monitoring qualitative and quantitative KPIs;
Minimum Skills Requested
- Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Engeneering, Statistics or Mathematic
- Good knowledge of English ( level B2)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Analytic Skills
The following skils will be considered a plus:
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
- Qlikview expertise
- Experience in cruise market
Location: Genoa
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
