Mandarin Speaking Head Cruise Ambassador

We are looking for a Head Cruise Ambassador for a large European Cruise Line, sailing in Asian waters.

You will be responsible on leading a team of up to 10 Cruise Ambassadors on-board, motivating and supporting them to ensure the passengers have a great experience.

Requirements for this position are:

1. Must be Fluent in Mandarin with a good standard of English
2. Ability to create energy and motivate others
3. Good problem-solving and communication skills
4. Experience of working under pressure
5. Flexibility, adaptability and sensitivity in evaluating situations
6. Customer service oriented
7. PC Literate
8. Have held a previous similar role at sea, managing a team within the cruise / entertainment department.
