Shop Assistant - Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with leading Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Shop Assistant on board.

The Role

As Shop Assistant you will report into the Shop Manager. You will enjoy delivering consistently exceptional customer service - and use your developed sales skills to drive maximum revenue.

You will strive to achieve and exceed your given KPI targets, keep up to date with all promotions, and ensure that the visual stock presentation is always in line with company standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Cruise retail experience
• A proactive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluent English (90% or higher Marlins test) additional languages are of benefit
