The Great HR Manager Role

Working amongst a fabulous team of 5* senior leaders, you will be running the HR function on-board including flying the flag in an ambassadorial capacity for the company rules, regulations, integrity and more. The HR Manager will be used to dealing with implementation of the new policies and procedures and working closely with the senior leadership team on coaching, development and supporting motivation of staff the correct way. The HR Manager will manage the whole ER function including disciplinaries and investigations as well as training and development.

YOU the Brilliant HR Manager

You will have recently worked in a large high quality hotel, large retail store 4* or 5* cruise line company for at least 2 years where you have embraced, learned about and enthused positive change.

You will be able to successful pay for (reimbursed) and pass a ship medical and source any required visas too. Fluent English a 'must' and any additional international languages are preferable too. Your resume / CV will be sharply presented and will be a true reflection on your quality professionalism. Your Skype ID will be clearly listed on your resume and all details listed are up-to-date.
