职位概况
酒保需根据维京外展中国市场专业服务准则（VRC PSO），确保酒
吧，观景廊和日光甲板的服务是友善和专业，为客人带来最大的
满意度。

职责

• 监管和支援酒吧，观景廊和日光甲板的服务，提供专业，热情，
  销售为主的饮食服务
• 根据公司标准程序作业（如菜单，装饰，外观）
• 组织，管理，鼓励和培训酒吧团队（2至4名员工）
• 组织与负责船上的餐饮相关的项目和特殊事件
• 按照公司标准为客人提供饮料
• 按照公司标准，负责每天鸡尾酒的创新
• 与行政总厨和餐饮经理合作，凖备和摆设在观景廊的咖啡厅午
  餐
• 按照危害分析和关键控制点（HACCP），确保在酒吧，茶水间，
  观景廊，日光甲板有绝对的清洁和秩序
• 控制酒吧的成本在预算范围内
• 与餐饮经理合作，组织每周存货订购事宜
• 负责记录酒吧日常营业收入
• 按照公司的程序清单，盘点存货
• 在开始和结束巡航季时，准备开船和闭船事宜
• 正确存货量；建立标准水平
• 在登船和离船日负责客人行李
• 参与载荷

指令来自：餐饮副经理，餐饮经理，酒店经理，企业运营经理
指示：酒吧员工

职责

• 酒保需承诺在离开维京后，不能将公司的信息，产品手册，业
  务发展和EDP数据信息，透露给任何第三方，或公开，或保留供
  个人使用。
• 在其违反上述指令的情况下，本公司保留要求赔偿损失，以及
  对其采取法律行动的权利。
• 行为和外观符合VRC PSO的规则和条例。

资历简介

• 最少有2年4或5星级酒吧运营的专业经验
• 有国外经验/船上经验者优先
• 标准的普通话，英语和其他语言技能都具优势
• 优秀的管理，组织和沟通能力
• 良好的饮品知识（葡萄酒，鸡尾酒等）
• 有柔韧性和抗逆能力，有团队合作精神，重视承诺
• 能独立工作，服务导向和专注客人需要
• 个性积极和外观整洁

PURPOSE OF POSITION

You ensure a friendly and professional beverage service in the bar, lounge and on the sundeck to the fullest satisfaction of our guests and in accordance with Viking China Outbound Standards.

ASSIGNMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervision and support of a professional welcoming and sales orientated service in bar, lounge and on the sundeck
• Operation of bar procedures according to company standards (e.g. menus, decoration, appearance)
• Organisation, management, motivation and training of bar team (2 to 4 crew)
• Organisationand execution of F&B related ship functions and special events
• Serving drinks in accordance with company standards
• Creation of daily cocktails in accordance with company standards
• Preparation and set up of Café Lunch in the lounge in coorporationwith Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager
• Ensuring highest level of cleanliness within bar, pantry, lounge, sundeck in accordance with HACCP standards
• Cost control for bar in accordance with the budget
• Establishing of weekly stock order in cooperation with Food & Beverage Manager
• Responsible for the daily tallying of the bar revenue
• Conduction of stock takes; inventory according to company procedures
• Preparation of opening and closing ships at start and end of season
• Correct storage of stock; establishing of par levels
• Luggage duty on embarkation and disembarkation day
• Participation in loadings

DUTIES

• The holder of the position undertakes not to pass over the company’s information, manuals, information on business developments and EDP data to any third party or publicize or retain same for personal use after leaving the job.
• The company reserves the right to demand compensation for damages in the event of a breach of this instruction and take legal action against the staff.
• Conduct and appearance in accordance with the rules and regulations of Viking China Outbound AG

QUALIFICATION PROFILE

• Min. 2 years professional experience in 4 or 5* bar operation
• International experience / experience on a ship is an asset
• Excellent Mandarin skills, English or other languages are an asset
• Excellent management, organisationaland communication skills
• Very good beverage knowledge (wines, cocktails etc.)
• Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment
• Ability to work independently, service-oriented and guest focused
• Positive personality, neat appearance
