职责

  • 帮助酒店经理处理日常运作和管理问题
  • 监管整个前厅和大堂区(包括商店)
  • 监管餐饮部的运作
  • 集中所有乘客信息;处理商店的销售交易
  • 电话总机,信用卡系统和安全系统的操作
  • 充分理解客人信息娱乐系统,并保证系统运作流畅
  • 保证MXP系统全部功能运作
  • 处理接收和发送所有邮件
  • 组织和规划登船/离船
  • 根据公司标准执行所有的行政职务
  • 为酒店经理提供一般的行政支持
  • 处理和准备海关规定
  • 正确处理所有的设备和产品
  • 确保前台清洁和整洁
  • 控制前台和商店的成本在预算范围内
  • 按照公司的程序清单,盘点存货
  • 在开始和结束巡航季时,准备开船和闭船事宜
  • 准备巡航报告和每月报告
  • 如上司指令,需协助其他部门
  • 参与载荷
  • 正确存货量,建立标准水平
  • 组织,管理和鼓励前厅员工

职责

  • 在其违反上述指令的情况下,本公司保留要求赔偿损失,以及
    对其采取法律行动的权利。

资历简介

  • 有酒店/旅游行业相关的教育学历
  • 在相同或相似的职位上,最少有4年的专业经验
  • 有国外经验/船上或豪华酒店行业经验者优先
  • 标准的普通话和英语(书面和口头)或其他语言技能,出色的
    电脑知识(微软办公系统,MXP),行政经验,都具优势
  • 优秀的组织能力和沟通能力
  • 能够独立工作,服务导向,专注客人需要
  • 个性积极,外观干净整齐
  • 有柔韧性和抗逆能力,有团队合作精神,信守承诺

PURPOSE OF POSITION

You ensure that the Front Office is managed in a smooth and friendly manner to the fullest satisfaction of our guests and that administrative duty are carried out in accordance with Viking China Outbound Standards.

ASSIGNMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Hotel Manager on the daily operation and administration issues
  • Supervision of the entire front office and lobby area including shop
  • Supervision F&B operation
  • Center of information for all passengers; transaction of shop sales
  • Operation of phone switchboard, cashless system and safety system
  • Full understanding of guest infotainment system and guarantee a smooth Operation of the system
  • assure full functionality of the MXP system
  • Handling of all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Organization and planning of embarkation / disembarkation
  • Execution of all administrative duties according to company standards
  • Providing general administrative support to the Hotel Manager
  • Handling and preparation of customs regulations
  • Correct handling of all equipment and products
  • Ensuring of cleanliness and neatness at reception
  • Execution of cost control for reception and shop within the budget
  • Conduction of stock takes; inventory according to company procedures
  • Preparation of opening and closing ships at start and end of season
  • Preparation of Cruise and monthly reports
  • Assistance in other departments upon instruction from supervisors (if required)
  • Participation in loadings
  • Correct storage of stock; establishing of par levels
  • Organization, management and motivation of the Front Office Crew
  • Generate a work schedule for the Front Office Crew
  • Active participation in onboard training programs
  • Develop and train the Front Office Crew according to VRC PSO
  • Entire trainings administration

DUTIES

  • The holder of the position undertakes not to pass over the company’s information, manuals, information on business developments and EDP data to any third party or publicize or retain same for personal use after leaving the job.
  • The company reserves the right to demand compensation for damages in the event of a breach of this instruction and take legal action against the staff.
  • Conduct and appearance in accordance with the rules and regulations of Viking China Outbound

QUALIFICATION PROFILE

  • Graduated education in hotel / tourism industry
  • Min. 4 years professional experience in same or similar position
  • International experience / experience on a ship or the luxury hotel industry is an asset
  • Excellent Mandarin and English skills (written and verbal), other languages are an advantage excellent computer knowledge (Office, MXP), administrative experience
  • Excellent organisationaland communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, service-oriented and guest focused
  • Positive personality, neat appearance
  • Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, Mandarin
