We are currently accepting applications for the position of Telephone operator on behalf of well-known cruise line company.

• Take telephone meal orders from Guest
• Coordinate all special stateroom deliveries or amenities with AssistantQuick Service Manager and Stateroom Service Attendant
• Follow up with all stateroom deliveries by call back’s, confirming deliveryand Guest feedback
• Notate all special dietary requests and inform Assistant Quick ServiceManager, Chef de Cuisine and Stateroom Service Attendant, asnecessary
• Remove and clean trays from Guest staterooms and corridors
• Assist with rolling silverware, tray set up, pulling products from hotelstores department, delivery of orders to rooms, and preparation of foodorders
• Understands food safety programs and maintains USPH sanitation andcleanliness standards throughout work area
• Practice up-selling and suggestive selling techniques

6 month on 2 months off contract starting in January 2018.
