Our Demi Chef de Partie are the food superheroes responsible for one of the sections within our galley operation. They’re dedicated to sharing their expert knowledge, managing and developing training members of the team. With their teams by their side, P&O Demi Chef de Partie work valiantly to serve our guests high quality, professionally prepared food products.

P&O Cruises require the following experience:

Operational experience in high volume catering facilities such as conference and events, banqueting or large scale 4/5* hotels
Managerial or supervisory experience within a kitchen/galley environment
Galley cruise ship experience would be ideal
