Executive Chef - River Cruise

I am currently working with leading River Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Chefs to start immediately.

The ideal candidate for this role must have existing experience working on board river cruise ships OR in 4/5* hotels / fine dining restaurants.

As Executive Chef you will be in a managerial position within the Galley Team, reporting into the Hotel Manager. Your responsibilities will include; to be in full control of Galley operations, which entails being responsible for the entire kitchen area as well as all storage and cold storage rooms and the waste room and preparing meals with the highest standards of presentation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a 4*/5* hotels (cruise experience preferred)
• Cruise Ship experience
• Fluent English language skills
