Restaurant/Bar Manager (m/f)

You are in charge for the restaurant and bar department, take care of table reservations as well as hosting our passengers in your restaurant. Leading, developing and training your team is an important part of your duties and you love to work with a motivated international team.

Furthermore you are in charge for correct orders and budgets – together with the Hotel Manager and you will be the representative of G&P on board.

Requirements

• You have completed your education in hospitality and gained professional experience in the Service and F&B department on board of a cruise vessel.
• You have already guided and supervised a team of international crew members.
• You have a very good command of the English language.
• You are able to organize your work and you are really good at organisational tasks.
• You are looking for a nice and professional working environment.
