You are responsible for the Front Office department in terms of organisation as well as guidance and training of your team members. Together with your team you are in carge for check-in and check-out procedures as well as daily administration work as customs clearance, guest services and accountany. Furthermore you are the administrative support of your Hotel Manager on board.
The Front Office is the most important point of contact for our passengers – you love to create an unforgettable holiday for our guests, always with a smile.
Requirements
- You have successfully concluded your education in hospitality business and have gained professional experience on board of a cruise vessel already.
- You have already guided and supervised a team of international crew members.
- You have a very good command of the English language.
- You are able to organize your work and you are really good at organisational tasks.
- You are looking for a nice and professional working environment.
Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship.
