Sous Chef - River Cruise

Faststream are in partnership with an industry leader in small Ocean/River Cruising and we are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the River Cruise Fleet for the new season.

You will be catering a 4* service for up to 190 passengers whilst assisting with running the galley personnel and reporting to Executives on board

The desirable candidate will have the following:

• In rank experience working for a River Cruise Line or 5* establishment
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Availability for January/February start

On offer is an 8/9 weeks on and 2 weeks off rotation with shared accommodation plus an industry leading salary paid every month.
