Hotel Manager - Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with an award winning Cruise Company, who is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join their Ocean Cruise team on board.

The Role

As a Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the hotel operations including coordinating all heads of departments within the hotel. This is also a hands on role and you will be expected to help during peak service times.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience as a Hotel Manager on cruise ships &/or 5* Hotels
• Exceptional communicator, confident, & knowledgeable on all shipboard aspects
• Strong organisation, delegation and interpersonal skills
• Strong leader, team player & an inspiration to others
• Excellent English language skills
