Chef De Cuisine - 6* Cruise

I am currently working with a leading Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for a number of Chef De Cuisine's on board their new ships.

As a Chef de Cuisine, you will report into the Executive Chef and will be responsible for the daily operations within your area. The Chef de Cuisine is the first-in-command on a day-to-day basis, managing all other food preparation employees. You will ensure the highest standards are reached by yourself and your team, meeting and exceeding company expectations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in 5* Hotels / Michelin Star restaurants
• Cruise Ship experience
• Fluent English language skills
