Hotel Manager - Ferry (Spain)

Fabulous national Ferry Line Company with an existing fleet of ships. Onboard you will find a floating resort including bars, restaurants, fine dining, exceptional food and a friendly operation on board.

We join the main ports on the peninsular with the balearic and canary island archipelagos and their corresponding inter-insular connections, ceuta and melilla, morocco, and north-africa

Previous Cruise Ship experience as a Hotel Director / Hotel Manager / Associate Hotel Director / Housekeeping Manager / is ideal.

• You will be managing teams of 20-30 staff
• Extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of hotel/cruise/ferrys ship operations.
• Responsible for entire hotel department
• Strategic planner, with an innovative, hands-on, practical management approach.
• Spanish bilingual is required
• Developed leadership skills
• Ability to provide leadership and motivation to employees in pursuit of company goals.
