We are looking for you to fill the following position at our headquarters in Rostock as soon as possible:

IT-Sourcing Manager (m/f)

Your target course:

• Management of IT sourcing Projects, incl. data evaluation, preparation of decision papers and negotiation with suppliers
• Keep a good knowledge of the IT categories defined by performing market and supplier researches as well as share best practices within the Corporation
• Participate in the development of the IT Sourcing Road Map and support the development of the Operating Model of the department
• Support the development of the IT sourcing strategy
• Preparation of reports (budget, cost and project related)
• Manage relationship with vendors and maintain a close collaboration with the IT department across the different locations

Your previous course:

• Final degree in business studies or similar
• Professional experience in the area of IT and ideally also in the area of purchasing
• Experiences in project management as well as fundamental knowledge of buying processes
• Willingness to travel (ca. 1 week per month business trip to Italy or England)
• Fluent English as well as proficient computer skills including MS Office
• High degree of analytical skills and ability to comprehend complex connections quickly
• Economic thinking and behaviour, a structured way of working, ability to work in a team and good communication skills
