Senior Hotel Manager - Cruise Shorebased

The Company

I am currently working with an established Cruise company (who own both Ocean Cruise AND River Cruise Vessels), and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hotel Manager to progress into a Shorebased Managerial role as Senior Hotel Manager.

The Role

As Senior Hotel Manager you will report into the VP of Hotel Operations, and enjoy a varied role.

You will ensure that all hotel departments onboard operate with harmony and efficiency, and that the passenger experience and company standards are kept at the forefront of the teams focus.

Utilising your developed management skills, you will ensure that attention is focused on guest satisfaction, budgets are adhered to, succession planning is in place, that safety awareness is promoted, and that all departments are running at a high level.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as Hotel Manager (Or similar) on River Cruise OR Ocean Cruise
• Experience in 4* (or higher) Hotels (Luxury cruise experience would be an advantage)
• Developed leadership skills
• Computer literacy
• English language skills
