Hotel Manager - Luxury River Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with a growing Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Manager on board.

The Role

As Hotel manager you will report directly to the Captain and will enjoy a varied role.
Utilising your developed managerial skills, you will ensure that attention is focused on guest satisfaction, budgets are adhered to, succession planning is in place, that safety awareness is promoted, and that all departments are consistently running at a high level, ensuring optimum guest satisfaction.

This fully rounded role is focusing on all aspects of the hotel department - including galley, entertainment, restaurants, spa services etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a Hotel Manager in the river cruise industry or 5 star Hotels
• Hotel Management qualification / business degree
• Developed leadership skills
• Computer literacy
• Fluent English language skills
• Have the right to work in the EU.
