A ultra luxury cruise line are seeking a Concierge to join their fleet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents and guests with a number of inquiries in a timely and professional manner, researching local service providers and local attractions and participating in the weekly Destination Planning conference calls. 

Other responsibilities include, liaising regularly with the Chief Concierge, ensuring the flow of information within the department, responsible for maintaining handover notes which must be submitted to the Chief Concierge for review, and assist with any foreign language translations, as required.

The applicant should have a minimum 3 years experience as a Concierge or Destination Staff on a Cruise Ship, luxury Hotel or similar environment. It is required that the candidate hold a hospitality degree and knowledge of world geography. Ship board experience is desired.

STCW Certification is required, as well as, a valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
