Cast-A-Way in now recruiting Youth Staff for a major cruise line, interviews will be happening online

The Youth Staff/Kids is responsible for providing safe; fun filled and age appropriate activities for children ages between 2-12 years old; we are also looking for people with experience dealing with teenagers up to 18 years old, as well as under 2 years old. Youth Staff is responsible for providing the most FUN and memorable vacations to our younger guests.

The right candidate must:
Be at least 21 years old
Be able to commit to a 6 months contract at sea
Be completely fluent in english
Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a group setting
Have boundless ammount of energy
Be prepared to work hard and experience the adventure of a lifetime
