luxury cruise company are looking to recruit a positive and professional Head Waiter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct handling of all products, materials and equipment, Ensuring absolute cleanliness and order in accordance with HACCP rules and regulations, and for the operation of service procedures according to standards. They will also be responsible for cost control in accordance to the budget and the conduction of stock takes according to company procedures. The candidate will be welcoming guests and socialising during meal times and assisting in conducting the daily menu presentation.

This exciting opportunity is open to candidates who are service oriented, guest focused with excellent management, organisational and communication skills. They must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar position in a 4* or 5* luxury establishment with outlet manager experience and shipboard experience is a must.

Seafarers Medical / STCW will be required.

Rotation is 6 months on, 2 months off. Salary paid in US dollars.
