A luxury cruise company are looking for a 2nd Purser Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all clearance related matters and communication with port agents and assisting the Chief Purser for clearance of vessel for crew & passengers on arrival into port and departure. They will also be responsible for any Crew and Passenger medical disembarks in cooperation with the Medical team, support from HR and Chief Purser and the maintenance of Crew & Passenger manifests and certifications for on board safety regulations. The candidate will also have a strong financial and accounting background.

Candidates must have at least 2 years in a similar position in 4* or 5* operation and shipboard experience is beneficial. They require an ability to work independently, with excellent attention to detail and able to meet strict deadlines, showing commitment and a high level of integrity and a great team player. Candidates must be able to ensure that all passports (Crew & Passenger) hold valid visas.

Salary paid in USD. Rotation is 6 months on / 2 months off.

Seafarers Medical / STCW will be required.
