Cook on a river cruise ship (EU national)

We are looking for a talented cook for our client, an awarded river cruise line company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares food items as per recipes and instructions received from Executive sous chef and Executive chef
• Works in hot and/or cold section as assigned by the Executive chef/ Exectuive sous chef
• Maintains immaculate cleanliness of his / her working station at all times
• Required to have basic USPH knowledge and comply with it at any given time
• Must be familiar with Ship’s Rules and Regulations (SMS) 

Qualification:

• Professional diploma as a cook preferred
• Minimum one year of experience as a cook
• Good knowledge of English language
