Seasonal Pool Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us in the role of Pool Supervisor for Christmas 2018. You will ensure the safety of passengers in the pool and deck area through vigilant monitoring and responding promptly and effectively to any concerning incidents. You will be responsible for keeping the pool and deck area clean and tidy, as well as ensuring the area is stocked with towels and supplies. You will also be expected to regularly attend Sail Away parties and other corporate sponsored social events, interacting with passengers as part of your regular work duties.

*Please note this is a Seasonal role and the ideal candidate will need to be available from mid December 2018 to early January 2019* 

To be considered a suitable applicant for this role you will:

• Be a competent swimmer, able to swim 100 metres both on front and on back
• Work well under pressure and remain attentive and focussed at all times
• Continually strive to improve passenger safety and satisfaction
• Ideally hold a RLSS Emergency Response (Swimming Pools) Qualification or equivalent

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading Cruise brands. Life on board involves working 10 hours a day, 7 days a week for the time that you are on board. Your ten hours will be split between morning, afternoon and evening activities.
