The Human Resources Department is looking for a person to join the team as HR Business Partner reporting to the Shoreside HR Director. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering both strategic and tactical HR support to his/her department. S/he will act as the main partner for employees and managers of the assigned business units on people-related subjects, taking care of every aspect of the employee’s lifecycle.

- Are able to support change and navigate through complexity quickly, shifting from an operational to a strategy focus
- Have a deep understanding of and curiosity in our business environment
- Focus on delivering business outcomes by making best use of the whole HR function
- Have ability to build long-term relationships with clients and HR colleagues
- Are excellent team players
- Have good English
- Have fluent Italian
Required Education and Experience
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent required.
Post-graduate level degree and a professional Human Resources/business certification or equivalent experience desired.
Extensive HR experience with a large, global, matrixed organization.
Location: Genoa, Italy
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
