German Speaking Asst Maitre D'/Maitre D'

We are looking currently for German speaking Asst Maitre D's/ Maitre D' for a Large Cruise Line. Candidates should have experience in a similar position onboard a Cruise Ship as well as Major Hotel Chain.Good leadership, Management and administration skills are required.USPH or HACCP experience and training would be a asset.Hotel Management training or Formal Hotel Managment Education / Diploma.Candidates must be able to communicate in German and English, written and verbal. Any additional languages are an asset.

Contract: 6 +/- months on, 2 +/-months off.

Starting salary 3.000€ + service charges.
