A RoRo passenger vessel are seeking a Head Chef to join one of their vessels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the whole operation of the galley. They will also have to manage and work alongside a small team of other chefs on board, so being a good leader and having good team working skills is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume catering and have a good understanding of portion control. Being able to prepare food within a budget is a skill needed to fulfil this role.
Rotation is 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off with the salary paid in Euros (€). Candidate must be able to speak fluent French and hold a valid European Passport.
Valid STCW certification and Seafarer's Medical will be required.
