Traveling Pastry Chef

We are looking for a Traveling Pastry Chef for a Small River Cruise Ship Company. The role will involve covering the vacation time of the Permanent Pastry Chef on that vessel and move between vessels on a regular basis.

You need to like a challenge, always working in a new team whilst maintaining the same high standards in each galley.

Previous river or cruise ship is a bonus but not essential.
