Senior Shore Excursion Development Specialist

The company are established in the cruise industry and have been running for over 60 years and have had steady growth and are now looking to expand the fleet size in the coming years.

For the role company are seeking the following candidate:

• Strong negotiation skills
• Has been in a similar role onboard or shoreside
• Be able to build relationships with different departments in the business
• Identify new destinations trends in Ports
• To perform commercial analysis on the products before release

For the individual they are seeking:

• Excellent commercial, negotiation, influencing and analytical skills
• Flexible on being able to travel
• Strong level of IT and literacy skills
• Being able to speak more than one language is a desirable
• Self-motivator
