A British cruise company are seeking a Hotel Manager to join their fleet as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining standards and services across food & beverage, entertainment, shore excursions, reception and other hotel departments. They will actively engage with key partners and senior management on board to ensure a continued understanding of the company product and subsequent delivery.

Other responsibilities will include, performance, training, development and engagement of all teams on board, and ensuring guest satisfaction across all areas.

The ideal candidate will have the capability to lead a teamand be involved in engaging communications across a multi-cultural organisation, and have proven experience of managing large teams in a hospitality/travel management background - cruise experience would be an advantage.

Valid STCW Certification will be required, as well as, valid ENG1 Medical Certificate or equivalent.
