An internationally renowned cruise company are seeking a Chef de Partie - Baker to join their team.

This exciting opportunity is available to candidates who have previous experience in this role on board cruise ships or in a luxury 4/5* establishment. Candidates will have a thorough understanding of European bakery practices, excellent techniques and ability to maintain high standards in a range of bakery products. The successful candidate will be responsible to coordinate all the bakery items produced in the bakery Departments. Review bakery food items in inventory and, control weekly consumption of production to insure food cost is respected.

Ideal candidate must be able to speak fluent Italian (C1) and English (B2) languages to a high level.

Salary paid in Euros only whilst on board. Rotation is 6 months on/ 2 months off.

Seafarers Medical / STCW will be required.
