REQUIREMENTS / Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Finished apprenticeship for Cook or culinary school background
  • European cooking background
  • Minimum 2 years cooking experience as Sous Ch ef in 4or 5 star operations, Hotel or cruise vessels
  • Solid knowledge of HACCP / USPH standards and regulations.
