REQUIREMENTS / Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Finished apprenticeship for Cook or culinary school background
- European cooking background
- Minimum 2 years cooking experience as Sous Ch ef in 4or 5 star operations, Hotel or cruise vessels
- Solid knowledge of HACCP / USPH standards and regulations.
