Faststream are working with a global Cruise Company hiring Shop Associates, Specialists and Ambassadors to join the retail team on board in 2018!

The Role

You will report into the Shop Manager. You will enjoy delivering consistently exceptional customer service - and use your developed sales skills to drive maximum revenue.

You will strive to achieve and exceed your given KPI targets, keep up to date with all promotions, and ensure that the visual stock presentation is always in line with company standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior excellent retail and customer service experience
  • Prior Cruise experience
  • Impeccable written and spoken English skills
  • Marlins test certificate with over 90% results
  • Availability to join in January 2018
