Chief Purser - Spanish Ferry

Spanish national Ferry Line Company with an existing fleet of ships. Onboard you will find a floating resort including bars, food lounge, exceptional food and a friendly operation on board.

We join the main ports on the peninsular with the balearic and canary island archipelagos and their corresponding inter-insular connections, ceuta and melilla, morocco, algeria and france.

Previous Cruise/ferry Ship experience as a  Associate Chief Purser / Hotel Manager / Housekeeping Manager / is ideal.
You will be managing teams of 20-30 staff
Extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of hotel/cruise/ferrys ship operations.
Responsible for entire hotel department
Strategic planner, with an innovative, hands-on, practical management approach.
Spanish bilingual is required
Developed leadership skills
Ability to provide leadership and motivation to employees in pursuit of company goals.
