Remote Sales (based In Hamburg – German Speaking)

For our new Germany Sales & Marketing organization, we are looking for Remote Sales who, reporting to the Head of Trade Sales, will have the challenging objectives to drive the performances of the assigned portfolio of Travel Agencies by acquiring, developing and supporting them leveraging on different sales and marketing activities (i.e. events, promotions, trainings, etc.).

Her/his main responsibilities will be:

• volume and revenue for the assigned agencies through the analysis of results and definition of a local sales strategy and its supporting activities;
• acquisition, development and preservation of agency partners for FIT and group sales by execution of all sales and marketing activities with these partners, e.g. events, promotions, trainings, etc.;
• budget, continuous monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
• development and preservation of business relations with sales partners and agencies;
• identification of new opportunities to increase partnerships and boost sales while expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Ideal for people who have:

• Completed studies in tourist management, economics or similar
• Excellent German and fluent English
• Proven work experience as a sales representative (on field or remotely); working experience in the travel industry, preferably cruise or package holiday sectors, is a plus
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Well-trained in work with MS Office (Powerpoint- Excel)
