We have open positions for Sales Associates in Duty Free Shops onboard various Cruise Lines.

Job Requirements:

Must be 21 years old.
2 Years of retail experience ( Preferably in quality / high end jewellery, clothing, perfume stores or tax free shops).
High School diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Proficient English-language speaking, reading, and writing skills
Multiple language skills as required for certain ship assignments

Job Description

The shop seller will provide high quality retailing standards, attaining maximum profit with excellent guest service skills.
Achieve sales goals and promotional targets as outlined by the company.
Utilize upgrading techniques to meet the guest’s needs and maximize sales.
Inform and advise the guest of in-store specials, promotions, advantages and warranties in order to drive sales.
Make the recommendations with accuracy, enthusiasm and in a helpful and courteous manner.
Accurately receive and check-in merchandise deliveries to the vessel.
Present a clean, neat and tidy store according to visual merchandising directives.
Keep shelves and fixtures organized and fully replenished.
Comply with all safety, security, and environmental policies.
Maintain an accurate updated Associate Declaration Form.
Report sources of potential loss and/or shop thefts to the Shop Manager or company hotline.
