MISSION OF THE M.I.C.E. and Goups Manager

Depending on the Commercial Director, s/he will be responsible for the follow-up of the Operative and commercial management for the capture of groups.

In addition, s/he will be the interlocutor between the travel agencies and Ships, in administrative matters, contracts and monitoring of the groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • M.I.C.E. business development (Trade off and Direct)
  • Prospecting for Groups sales
  • Control and monitoring of groups once the operation is closed
  • Control of quotas of sales networks.
  • Personalized attention to travel agencies.
  • Control and monitoring of payments made and documentation necessary for the formalization
  • Sales report.
  • Interlocution and reporting regarding contracts, incidents, expenses.
  • Monitoring of incidents of Groups on board
  • Interlocution before claims of the groups with the central areas in charge of such action.

Job Requirements

Desirable experience as a commercial of at least 5 years, preferably in a shipping company or online travel agency.

  • Degree in Tourism / / business administration / economic
  • Very high English level (C-1)

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Information management oriented: Analyze, plan, organize and make decisions based on data and oriented to action.
  • Communication skills: Actively listening and transmiting information effectively.
  • Negotiation skills: Establish agreements of mutual benefit and resolve conflicts with internal/external customers in a constructive manner.
  • Service orientation: Satisfy the expectations of the internal / external client. Apply quality at work, customer orientation and, where appropriate, commercial ability.

DESIRABLE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

  • Database management and Control Tools.
  • Good management of Microsoft Office and IT skills.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
