Junior Financial Planning & Forecasting Analyst Costa Crociere is seeking a talented and energetic Junior Financial Planning & Forecasting Analyst to join the Cost Controlling team

Key activities

  • Promote the continuous interaction with the Business in a “proactive customer oriented” perspective with the objective to identify and develop new business view of analysis to support management decisions
  • Ensure, together with the Head of Financial Planning, the overall consistency of the planning and reporting data model across all key views of analysis (Brand, Market, Ship, Itinerary).
  • Contribute to promote the continuous integration with the other Finance Departments (Financial Control, Commercial Finance and Operation Finance) with the objective to optimize the overall planning and analysis processes.
  • Contribute to promote the continuous improvement of the planning and reporting tools to keep them aligned with the evolving needs.  

Experience and Skills

  • Educated to degree level
  • Proven and strong ability to develop complex and large scale business cases
  • Attitude to Analysis and Reporting
  • Ability to identify issues, make recommendations for improvement, achieve consensus and support implementation
  • Strong presentation, communication and inter-personal skills.  
  • Flexibility (management of different project / activities in parallel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to use in full autonomy planning and reporting tools  
  • Strong Team Building focus
  • Initiative and autonomy
  • Fluent English  

Location: Genoa
