A Destination Services Advisor is required to join a UK Cruise Company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day to day delivery and efficient runningof the Destination Services operation and promotion of future cruises onboard their allocated vessel. Supporting the Destination Services Manager and Assistant Destination Services Manager to promote, administer and deliver the excursion programme and future holiday sales on board.

Other responsibilities will include, maintaining a high level of customer service whilst displaying the company values to enhance the passengers overall enjoyment of the programme whilst maximising revenue potential and sales. You will also have to ensure the provision of independent advice and support for the general operation on board where directed.

The ideal candidate will be, confident with a fun personality and have a strong commitment to achieving targets and overcoming challenges whilst ensuring effective promotion and organisation of both Destination Service and future cruises. They will also, contribute in the administration of all supporting paperwork and promotional materials and have a flexible approach and support of the wider operation on board as necessary.

STCW Certification and valid Seafarer's medical will be required.
