Hotel Manager - River Cruise

I am currently working a leading expanding Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Manager to join on of their luxury River Cruise ships.

As Hotel Manager, you will ensure that all hotel departments on-board operate with harmony and efficiency, and that the passenger experience and company standards are kept at the forefront of the teams focus.
Utilising your developed management skills, you will ensure that attention is focused on guest satisfaction, budgets are adhered to, succession planning is in place, that safety awareness is promoted, and that all departments are running at a high level.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Hotel Management qualification / business degree
• Experience in 5* Hotels (Luxury cruise experience would be an advantage)
• Developed leadership skills
• Computer literacy
• English language skills
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Europe
