Assistant Hotel Manager - Spanish Ferry Line

Fabulous national Ferry Line Company with an existing fleet of ships. Onboard you will find a floating resort including bars, restaurants, fine dining, exceptional food and a friendly operation on board.

We join the main ports on the peninsular with the Balearic and Canary Island archipelagos and their corresponding inter-insular connections, Ceuta and Melilla, Morocco, and North Africa

Previous Cruise Ship experience as a Assistant Hotel Director / Assistant Hotel Manager / Housekeeping Manager / is ideal.

• You will be managing teams of 20-30 staff
• Extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of hotel/cruise/ferrys ship operations.
• Responsible for entire hotel department
• Strategic planner, with an innovative, hands-on, practical management approach.
• Spanish bilingual is required
• Developed leadership skills
• Ability to provide leadership and motivation to employees in pursuit of company goals.
