A luxury cruise line is currently seeking a Bottle Keeper to join their fleet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Provision Master in supervising the issuing of goods, they will be directly responsible for the work planning and schedules for all the employees, and they will be checking the condition of the goods and the storage of the goods in order to meet with the health and sanitation standards.

Other responsibilities will include; being responsible for the management, cleaning, storing and maintenanceof the Bottle Store, reporting to the Provision Masterif found any discrepancies on the inventory list, and beingresponsible when the Provision Master is not present and takes care of the F&B Store operations.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of cruise ship operations and they must have thorough knowledge of storeroom operations and storing procedures.

Valid STCW certification and Seafarer's Medical will be required for this role.
