A luxury cruise company is looking to recruit a Sanitation Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, monitoring the dish wash areas during the peak hours to prevent loss of and breakage and monitor workload of the utility team, ensuring proper storage of all chemicals onboard and periodically checking all chemicals stores.

The candidate must have minimum of 3 years previous experience in this role and must be certified in USPH. Managerial, organisational skills and hands-on experience in F&B management with previous ship experience and a strong PH background is required. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest sanitation standard constantly in both Hotel and Deck & Engine departments.

Seafarers Medical / STCW and CDC will be required.

Rotation is 4 months on, 2 months off. Salary paid in US dollars.
