A Guest Services Manager is required to join a luxury cruise and motor yacht company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest manifests and cabin inventory on board, managing guest concerns and services and hosting and presenting social events on board.

Other responsibilities will include, hosting dinner tables when requested by Hotel Manager, managing and scheduling the manning of the Reception desk, and coordinating the use of local transportation in ports of call when needed.

Candidates need to come from a strong customer service background and have previous cruise ship experience within a guest services role.

Valid Passport and STCW certification is essential.

4 Months on, 2 Months off rotation. Salary paid in USD whilst on board..
