Bar Manager - Ocean Cruise

I am currently working with leading Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Bar Manager on board.

As the Bar Manager you will be responsible for supporting all of the Bar Operations; this will include all bar lounges, bars, restaurants, special events and areas where passengers may enjoy beverage services.

This is a hands on role with the Bar Manager monitoring all systems in relation to the beverage service. This may include sanitisation, environmental and maintenance procedures as well as assisting in the organisation in duties that are not directly related to this department - USPH knowledge is essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in this position on cruise ships AND 5* Hotels
• Seagoing qualifications
• Graduated with a qualification in Hotel Management
• Excellent English Skills
• International experience
