Area Space Manager - Cruise

The company are one of the largest cruise companies in the industry and have many newbuilds on order that are coming into the fleet within the next 10 years. The company has a large fleet and when it comes to technology they are one of the leading companies.

For this role, you will show the following:

• Ability to understand and interpret architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Strong interpersonal skills absolutely required, as well as the ability to be a strong team player.
• Working knowledge of Windows NT, Microsoft Word, Excel and familiarity with Autocad system. Internet and e-mail literate with the ability to send, receive and attach files as required.
• Must be proactive, organized and have the ability to take initiative, be multifaceted.
• Will be required to use and develop project specific software for project development, management and tracking.

This role the company are seeking:

• 7+ years of experience required.
• Bachelor degree required
• Must be familiar with the working drawing process inclusive of drawing, dimensioning  and detailed floor plans, elevations, sections and details.
