We are currently actively seeking passionate chefs in the position of Sous Chef. You will need to put service and guest satisfaction at the heart of every dish you produce. You will also assis with meeting budgeted food cost targets and savings for the entire operation. Please see specific requirements below:
- Managerial experience onboard a cruise ship
- 2 or more years experience within a 5* operation
- Ability to deliver 5* dishes to fine dining standard and have a keen eye for detail
- Have customer service at the heart of everything you do
- Work well under pressure, ability to handle multiple situations at the same time
Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship.
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
